SyncUp Technologies LLC lets SyncUp users request account deletion and associated data deletion from inside the app or from this web page.
Email privacy@syncuptechnologies.com with the subject "SyncUp Account Deletion Request" from the email address tied to your SyncUp account. If you cannot email from that address, include the account email or phone number so we can verify ownership before processing the request.
privacy@syncuptechnologies.comOpen SyncUp, go to the Profile tab, tap the gear icon, then open Help & Support and tap Delete Account. The in-app flow requires re-authentication, explains the consequences, and asks you to type DELETE before submitting.
Your profile is hidden immediately after the request. You can sign in during the next seven days to cancel. After that deadline, permanent deletion normally starts within 15 minutes. Limited de-identified safety, legal, moderation, or abuse-prevention records may be retained when necessary.
